A few answers before your first show. For questions about a piece, just ask us in the live.
What does “new without tags” mean?
New with tags (NWT) means unworn, with the original tags attached. New without tags (NWOT) means unworn, with the tags removed. We call out the condition of each piece during the show.
How do I choose the right size?
We share the tagged size before a piece goes up. Ask your host about measurements, stretch, and fit while it's on camera so you can decide before you buy.
Where do I actually check out?
Shopping and payment happen inside TikTok or Whatnot. On TikTok, open the pinned product. On Whatnot, follow the auction in the app. This website helps you find your next show.
When will my order ship?
We ship from Stafford, Texas, the next business day. Your tracking information appears in the platform where you placed the order.
What should I know about returns?
Review the listing and return terms on the platform where you're buying before you check out. Ask about fit, fabric, and condition during the show. For an order issue, use the help options in that platform.
Will you have the same pieces next time?
Our assortment changes from show to show. A collection preview is inspiration, not a promise of stock. Join the live to see the available brands, sizes, and pieces.
